geb. 23. Sept. 1953 im Rheinland, ist fast das ganze Jahr in den deutschsprachigen Ländern mit Vorträgen und Seminaren unterwegs und verbringt mehrere Monate im Jahr auf der Insel Lesbos. Hier veranstaltet seine Firma, die ‚Robert Betz Transformations GmbH‘ zahlreiche Urlaubs-Seminare mit professionellen Seminarleitern, die vor Jahren die Ausbildung zum Transformations-Therapeuten oder -Coach gemacht haben.
Jedes Jahr gibt Robert Betz über 50 Live-Veranstaltungen, sowohl öffentliche als auch auf Kongressen und vor Organisationen. Der Kern seiner Arbeit besteht darin, den Wandel in Menschen, Unternehmen und Organisationen zu fördern, der in dieser Zeit der großen Transformation in vollem Gange ist. Sein zentrales Thema und Anliegen ist es, die Menschen an den Ur-Sinn von Mensch-Sein, Beziehung/Partnerschaft, Arbeit, Wirtschaft, Gemeinschaft etc. zu erinnern und daran, dass wir alle von Natur aus Herzmenschen, d.h. Wesen voller Liebe sind und dass die Liebe und das Lieben das Wichtigste in unserem Leben ist. Seine Arbeit sowie die aller mit ihm verbundenen Seminarleiter, Therapeuten und Coaches unterstützt Menschen darin, Frieden, Freiheit, Freude, Gesundheit, Fülle und Erfüllung, kurzum ganzheitliches Lebensglück, zu erschaffen und aus ihren ‚alten Schuhen’ auszusteigen und das alte Leben eines unbewussten, sich und andere verurteilenden ‚Normalmenschen‘, der sich als ‚Opfer‘ anderer oder von Lebensumständen fühlt, hinter sich zu lassen und wieder zum bewussten, liebenden Schöpfer und Gestalter seiner Lebenswirklichkeit zu werden.
Er entwickelte auf der Basis von Botschaften der Geistigen Welt eine neue Therapieform, die er "Transformations-Therapie nach Robert Betz®" nennt, mit der Menschen in die Lage versetzt werden, in kurzer Zeit Leidenszustände aller Art zu verwandeln, und insbesondere festgefahrene emotionale Energien wie Ängste, Wut, Ohnmacht u.a. zu lösen und ihrem Leben eine neue Richtung zu geben, hin zu Freude, Frieden, Fülle (Erfüllung) und Freiheit. In dieser Therapieart bietet er fünfmonatige Intensiv-Trainings („Dein Transformationsprozess®“) sowie darauf aufbauend eine Therapieausbildung (Transformations-Therapie nach Robert Betz) an. An seinen Seminaren haben in den vergangenen zehn Jahren bereits über 30.000 Menschen teilgenommen.
Seine Live-Vorträge mit über 250.000 Besuchern in den letzten zehn Jahren begeistern und berühren die Zuhörer und verändern beim mehrmaligen Hören (auf CD) die erfahrene Lebenswirklichkeit spürbar. Sie sind für jedermann in einer verständlichen Alltagssprache gehalten und behandeln die zentralen Aspekte und Fragen menschlichen Lebens und Zusammenlebens. Über 60 Vorträge sind auf CD erhältlich, ebenso wie über 60 CDs mit geführten Meditationen. Seine CDs wurden in den letzten Jahren millionenfach mit seiner ausdrücklichen Genehmigung kopiert und weiter gereicht.
Als Buchautor trat Robert Betz zum ersten Mal im November 2007 in Erscheinung. Inzwischen erschienen von ihm zehn Titel, die eine Gesamtauflage über 1.000.000 Stück erreichen. Allein sein Bestseller „Willst du normal sein oder glücklich?“ stand über fünf Jahre auf der SPIEGEL-Bestsellerliste und wurde bereits über 750.000 mal verkauft.
Zum Werdegang:
Geboren in einer katholischen Familie im Rheinland, Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann und Lehrlingssprecher sowie Seminarleiter bei der DGB-Jugend. Abendgymnasium in Bonn mit Schulsprecher-Tätigkeit, Studium der Psychologie und Sozialpädagogik in Hamburg (1976 – 82). Nach vier Jahren Tätigkeit in PR- und Werbeagenturen in Hamburg und Frankfurt, 1986 Wechsel in ein amerikanisches Industrieunternehmen. Letzte Position: Vice President Marketing Europe.
Im Alter von 42 Jahren – eingeleitet durch eine Sinnkrise – die Lebenswende: Ausstieg aus der Industrie und Umzug nach München. Ausbildung in Reinkarnations-Therapie und ähnlichen Therapierichtungen, Studium von Botschaften der Geistigen Welt und Entwicklung eines eigenen Therapieansatzes.
Robert Betz über sich selbst:
"Ich bin sehr dankbar für den Weg, den die ich seit meiner Lebenswende im Jahr 1996 gehe. Ich bin froh, der Sehnsucht meines Herzens gefolgt zu sein und die LIEBE zu mir selbst, zu allen Menschen und zum Leben selbst und damit auch zu unserer Quelle, ob wir sie ‚Gott‘ oder wie auch immer nennen, in den Mittelpunkt meines Lebens gestellt zu haben. Ich halte mich nicht für ‚perfekt’, sondern lehre, was ich lernen will’.
Meine Entscheidung heißt: Ich will meinen Beitrag leisten zu einer Neuen Erde, die in Harmonie und Frieden mit dem gesamten Universum lebt, auf der bewusste, erwachte Menschen leben, die sich in Respekt, Achtsamkeit und Liebe begegnen und die sich selbst als Wesen der Liebe ehren und behandeln. Dieses Ziel wird durch die Kräfte der Transformation, die jetzt verstärkt auf der Erde und in der Menschheit wirken, in den nächsten Jahrzehnten verwirklicht.
Mein Leben wird mit jedem Jahr aufregender und interessanter und ich lasse mich vertrauensvoll führen. Ich finde es herrlich, zu entdecken, was mein Herz zum Singen bringt und es begeistert mich, wenn ich sehe, wie andere Menschen anfangen, bewusst ihrem Herzen zu folgen. Das haben durch meine Arbeit und durch die vielen Hunderten von mir ausgebildeten Therapeuten und Coaches in den letzten Jahren viele Tausend Menschen geschafft. Ich bin Gott sehr dankbar für diesen herrlichen Lebensweg. Mein Wunsch und Ziel ist es, vollkommen glücklich zu sein und ich weiß, dass wir dies alle sein können. Ich sehe es als meine Aufgabe an, andere Menschen zu ermutigen und zu begeistern, sich selbst ein Höchstmaß an Freude und Liebe zu schenken, so dass wir davon überfließen und sie anderen weiterschenken können. Auf diese Weise entsteht Frieden.
