Mein Podcast bietet Unterstützung und Ideen für alle, deren Leben gerade etwas aus den Fugen geraten ist. Ich erkläre dir an Beispielen aus meiner täglichen Praxis, warum du nicht gleich psychisch krank bist, nur, weil du gerade „nicht mehr kannst“. Er zeigt dir, dass Rückschläge, wie Arbeitslosigkeit, Krankheit oder pubertierende Kinder einen schon mal an den Rand des Wahnsinns bringen können. Das Gute: Es gibt immer einen Weg raus aus dem tiefen Loch.
Ich gebe dir Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, die zwar keine Therapie ersetzt, aber sinnvoll begleitet. Und, weil alles schon so traurig ist, ist immer ein Fünkchen Humor dabei.
